the shark was flailing around on the shore and almost smacked the guy.

Those are bolt cutters that the guys where going to use to get teh hook out of the sharks mouth 

This is them tagging the shark 

They had to walk this shark all the way down the pier and land the shark on the sharp rocks on the shore.
